Requirements
  • Around 5 years of experience in H&S Compliance Audits, H&S Due Diligences and related consultancy services.
  • Degree in Engineering, Geology or Environmental Sciences.
  • An excellent level of English (B2/C1).
  • Knowledge of current Italian legislation framework regarding H&S requirements.
  • Development, implementation, and auditing of Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Safety (ISO 45001) Management Systems.
  • Excellent abilities of analysis and synthesis.
  • Excellent relationship skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
Responsibilities
  • H&S Compliance audits aimed at assessing H&S compliance against local legislation, internal clients and European standards.
  • Identification of potential H&S costs and definition of corrective actions to meet legislative requirements and associated costs, also in the frame of pre-acquisition, merge and divestiture projects of commercial and industrial sites.
  • Development and implementation of H&S integrated management systems.
  • Development and implementation of legal tracking systems, H&S training.
  • H&S Due Diligences.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Environmental legislation for Due Diligence and Compliance Audits.
  • Knowledge and Risk Assessment of Organizational Management systems according to Lgs.D. 231/2001.
