- Independently lead the commercial and organizational aspects of customer projects.
- Coordinate and professionally handle customer inquiries about services and product-related topics.
- Work closely across departments with service, support, and sales teams.
- Actively identify customer needs in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
- Communicate transparently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a continuous flow of information and knowledge transfer within the company.
