Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in CM and document control practices and principles
  • Experience with the Arena PLM and Agile PLM tools.
  • Working with and comprehension of part life cycle management, part numbers and bills of materials, etc.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new software tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and on your own
  • Ability to work with different groups and on multiple assignments on a regular basis
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to allow effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational, planning, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Service oriented
  • Multitasking and prioritizing workflow as it changes
  • College Diploma (2-year technical program), with 5 years’ experience in configuration management
Responsibilities
  • Ensure appropriate processes are followed for the management and release of design documentation in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
  • Manage the Configuration Management Plan for each assigned project/product
  • Provide support services to resolve configuration management issues during product and project lifecycles
  • System administration activities include updating access for team members and support the maintenance of the tool license pool.
