This role is vital to strengthening the company’s public image, internal messaging, and client relations. You will support communication efforts across departments, assist in producing professional content, and ensure all messages are consistent with the company’s voice and objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in crafting clear and compelling internal and external communications
Support the development and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and official documents
Coordinate communication strategies with management and marketing teams
Handle inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders with professionalism
Maintain and update company communication materials
Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events and presentations
Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and suggest improvements
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or publishing software
