Requirements
  • 1+ years of web application development experience with a focus on Spring Boot.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
  • Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with API and microservices development.
  • Understanding of supply chain best practices in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop business use cases and software requirements to improve our ERP system.
  • Build and maintain backend systems using Spring Boot and Java to support ERP functions.
  • Implement Redis for optimized data caching and system performance.
  • Ensure seamless system integration with our WMS and OMS.
  • Generate BI reports to provide insights into warehouse and order management operations.
  • Work with structured data from relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to support reporting needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and operations, to align ERP functionality with business goals.
  • Write comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system understanding.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.).
  • Development experience in cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with React.js for front-end development.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience using Redis for caching and performance optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
