The Global Strategic Sourcing Supplier Programs & Risk Manager will be responsible for supporting GSS initiatives around key GSS Supplier Relationship Management Programs efforts and conducting audits of internal and external business processes to identify and mitigate compliance risks. This role will be responsible for establishing a strong foundation across all programs and ensuring internal and external compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive understanding of implementing GHG emissions reduction efforts with Suppliers.
Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management programs and driving supplier enablement and compliance across SRM areas
Support with Tier 2 supplier diversity tracking, reporting externally and internally
Support in designing and implementing a robust supplier business review program and platform.
Identify ways to mitigate identified risks with Suppliers across SRM programs to ensure business continuity and resilience. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the suppliers around Responsible Sourcing, Performance Management, Risk & Compliance.
Conducting audits of business processes, create audit reports, track audit findings and ensure follow-up on management actions
Documents audit tests and findings to complete audit-related documentation and memorandums
Contributes to comprehensive internal and external compliance audits throughout the Intake to Contract process
Collaborates in the creation, review and update of compliance policies and procedures
Cultivates positive working relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers and cross functional team members.
Strong ability to think outside of the box and creatively to connect the dots across LinkedIn’s supplier program ecosystem
Strong change management and communication skills
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
6+ years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing/ Procurement Supplier Program, Sustainability, Supply Chain Program Management related background
3+ years of work experience with auditing
Prior experience developing and preparing reports of compliance program activities, including collection of data and reporting findings
Prior experience with internal control systems and auditing standards
Prior experience in Supplier Relationship Program Management

Excellent communication, analytical, leadership skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and transformation in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and mindful in successful internal & external relationship development.
Previous Supplier Program management experience
Understanding of Supplier Relationship Management & Supplier Risk & Compliance Frameworks
Familiarity with ABAC, Privacy, Environmental, Human Rights, Forced Labor, Health & Safety regulations and impact on suppliers and supply chain
Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance Validated Assessment Program guidelines
Understanding of the validated, auditee managed, and/or customer managed audit types and their protocols
Familiar with the Quality Managed Corrective Action Plan process (QM CAP)
Strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of environmental and sustainability legislation and policies around Supply Chain activities

The pay range for this role is $103,000 to $168,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
