Requirements
  • Seven or more years of industry experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, or Series 63 and 65 licenses, are required.
  • The ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize under pressure through strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn sales models, products, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client paperwork and setup.
  • Follow up on fund transfers from surrendering companies.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management database and client files, including filing, copying, and data input.
  • Research and follow up on issues with the broker/dealer, Wealth Enhancement Group Operations, and vendors.
  • Record incoming assets in the appropriate blotting tool.
  • Dialogue with clients to understand their personal history and current financial needs.
  • Prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, required minimum distributions, and related activity.
  • Understand client requests, determine required actions, communicate with the advisor, and handle issue resolution, including death claim processing.
  • Work with clients’ tax or legal counsel on client concerns when needed.
  • Gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews when needed.
  • Conduct tax research involving 1099 forms.
  • Complete client review follow-up needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and accurately execute Wealth Enhancement Group’s suitability guidelines, operational processes, and sales model.
  • Understand financial terminology and products.
  • Use knowledge of annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices.
  • Attend client services and company educational events.
  • Attend vendor presentations when needed.
  • Assist Advisor Team Operations in streamlining processes.
  • Complete operational projects supporting enhancements and changes.
  • Communicate process and sales updates to the team.
  • Mentor and train client service associates.
  • Manage vendors against service-level agreements.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, or a related field, is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.

Wealth Enhancement buys Servo Wealth advisory unit. The Oklahoma-based company offers investment advice, financial planning and wealth counselling to individuals and families. Wealth Enhancement has taken over the investment advisory business of Servo Wealth Management, an RIA in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed. Servo Wealth Management was established in 2012 by Eric Nelson. The business oversees more than $210m in client assets. Nelson said: "For my clients, joining the Equius Team at Wealth Enhancement is about bringing on the support and wealth management capabilities necessary to serve them through all stages of life. "For me, personally, it's also about reuniting with a team that was instrumental in helping me develop and grow as a financial advisor. This isn't simply a business transaction; it's about coming home." The Oklahoma-based company offers investment advice, financial planning and wealth counselling to individuals and families. Its client base includes physicians, attorneys, executives, small business owners and retirees. Before setting up Servo Wealth Management, Nelson worked at Equius Partners in Northern California. The deal links Nelson again with the Equius Team, which became part of Wealth Enhancement in 2023. Wealth Enhancement CEO Jeff Dekko said: "Eric has spent decades helping clients make thoughtful decisions with their long-term success in mind. Wealth Enhancement has acquired Servo Wealth Management, an independent registered investment adviser based in Oklahoma City with over $210 million in client assets. The acquisition brings Wealth Enhancement's total client assets to more than $161 billion. Founded in 2012 by Eric Nelson, Servo Wealth Management provides investment management, financial planning, and wealth counselling to individuals and families. Nelson previously worked at Equius Partners in Northern California, which joined Wealth Enhancement in 2023. The acquisition reunites Nelson with the former Equius team. Nelson said joining Wealth Enhancement provides clients with enhanced support and wealth management capabilities whilst allowing him to reconnect with colleagues who shaped his advisory approach. The transaction closed on 15 August 2026.

The firm holds specific focus in assisting clients nearing retirement, particularly Washington State public employees handling retirement and pension options. Mike Weinand said: "Wealth Enhancement gives us the ability to bring more resources to the table without losing the personal relationships that have defined our firm. It's an opportunity to strengthen what we offer clients today while building for the future." As of 31 July 2026, Wealth Enhancement and its registered investment adviser, Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services, reported $160.1bn in client assets. Weinand Financial had about $644m in client assets as of 11 August 2026. After the transaction, Wealth Enhancement is expected to oversee more than $160.7bn across advisory, trust, and brokerage assets, including $6.1bn held with Advisory Solutions Group, a registered investment adviser.
