AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm, is looking for a Corporate Strategy & Transformation Consultant who is passionate about helping Fortune 500 executives address their most complex, highest value-at-stake strategic issues. We use our skills and experience to build measurable, better outcomes for clients facing a variety of high-impact situations – as such, we advise clients across industries and collaborate on projects that span all business functions. In this challenging role, you will:
- Structure and execute analysis involving our clients’ most complex and ambiguous strategic challenges
- Effectively and efficiently communicate to clients the business implications generated by your work
- Collaborate with clients to identify and evaluate strategic alternatives that address these implications
- Translate these strategic actions into tangible implementation plans and performance commitments

What you’ll need:
Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Consultants creatively develop new tools, methodologies, and approaches for analysis, synthesize their analysis, identify its business implications, and make solid recommendations to clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Python, SQL, and data analytics skills are preferred. A basic understanding of finance, accounting, and microeconomics is preferred
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
Outstanding written communication skills in English, as consultants prepare client-ready documents and presentation materials
- Excellent verbal communication capabilities in English. Consultants concisely present information and are skilled at adapting the level of detail to the audience
- Extraordinary customer service and interpersonal skills. Consultants must act with confidence, maturity, and poise, given their regular interactions with senior executives
Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High-energy, collaborative style, with a flexible and adaptive approach to client and team dynamics
- Demonstrated clear initiative and determination in previous experience
- Openness for up to 100% travel Monday through Friday
- Must be open to a hybrid working model
- Openness to live within commuting distance (1 hour or less) to a larger AP office (New York, Chicago, or Dallas)
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer for significant portions of the workday
- Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours as unique projects/needs arise

Demonstrated track record of success in educational and professional experiences
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025 – candidates must begin work no later than September 2025
- Degree(s) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics are preferred, but not required. Minimum GPA of 3.3 is required
- Internship(s) with relevant experience in consulting, finance, professional services, business, or other analytically challenging roles
The firm offers a comprehensive benefits program including health, vision, dental, disability, 401K, tuition reimbursement, identity theft protection, and mental wellness support. Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 5.67 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave and twelve holidays.
The salary for this role takes into account a number of factors and is $110,000 with potential eligibility for annual discretionary bonus. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. No VISAs are available for this position.
