We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and prepare reports on findings
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Maintain and update marketing materials and content
Track campaign performance metrics and compile data
Support event preparation and promotional initiatives
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Handle scheduling, documentation, and project timelines for the marketing team
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships included)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
