Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree and six or more years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience are required.
  • Prior experience with sales customer relationship management tracking software is preferred.
  • Candidates must have a proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Candidates must have proven experience dealing with large organizations at a senior level.
  • Candidates must create clear, effective, and professional written communications and presentations.
  • Candidates must be able to create, prepare, and execute complex business strategies while organizing multiple projects and job responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Establish new account relationships to meet personal sales targets, emphasizing the entire value chain of CSA Group services available.
  • Independently prospect for new customers within the assigned territory using various lead-generation and direct-solicitation methods.
  • Meet prospecting, quoting, and sales targets determined on a yearly basis.
  • Contact former CSA Group customers lost to other agencies to attempt to regain work.
  • Prepare written cost proposals for client services while working with Technical Specialists and Operations staff.
  • Participate in associations and outside organizations deemed appropriate by management.
  • Establish and maintain a list of contacts based on experience, historic utilization, reputation, influence, and personal judgment, including supplied contacts and personally developed relationships.
  • Provide periodic written reports on calls, customer contacts, proposals, quotes, expenses, travel, and trade show activities, as well as oral presentations as required.
  • Evaluate industry reports, territory databases, and external competitive information, and develop territory analyses or provide input for presentations and reporting to the manager.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time and on weekends as required.

CSA opens lab to test medical-grade PPE

TORONTO – CSA Group has announced the opening of an accredited, special-purpose laboratory dedicated to testing and certifying the safety of medical-grade PPE. Until now, there have been no domestic providers of testing and certification services for medical-grade PPE.
