Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate brand story, values, and mission to customers and team members
  • Share expert brand and product knowledge with customers
  • Build and maintain community through in-store activations/events
  • Collaborate with Regional Director and train team on SOPs
  • Deliver customer-oriented and product insights to Retail and HQ team
  • Report on sales, returns, and store statistics
  • Hire, lead, develop, and motivate store team
  • Execute and improve operational processes
  • Manage staffing, payroll, and inventory
  • Partner with visual business partners to drive brand standards
