Project Leadership: Makes final determinations at project milestones to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Your Impact

The Manager, Business Operations is responsible for leading the Business Operations team, developing operations analysts, and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership: Manages and mentors the Business Operations team, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Analyst Development: Teaches analysts the business acumen, business process simplification, flow chart/process modeling, stakeholder management, basic project management
Project Leadership: Makes final determinations at project milestones to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in Business Operations or related roles.
2+ years of experience in team management
Experience working with VP level stakeholders or higher

Even Better If You Have…

Experience in project management or operations analyst role
Experience in Jira/Asana and Miro or other process diagramming software
Strong knowledge of business operations concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Expert level process simplification skills
Basic understanding of enterprise technology system integrations and data integrations
