  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
  • 4 years' experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations.
  • Experienced with tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Experienced with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experienced with Microsoft office tools (Power Point, Excel, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • Tracks and shares performance of assigned area at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including proactively identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators.
  • Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, and tracks progress and actions towards those goals.
  • Creates insight-based action plans to solve identified opportunity areas or test new ideas to improve the Digital Projects & Services area of focus.
  • Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations for assigned area to create hypotheses and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement.
  • Leads projects related to the development and improvement of assigned digital business area.
  • Prioritizes reporting that is needed by the business, defines reporting requirements, and partners with the relevant teams to build necessary reports.
  • Present to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities.
