Requirements
  • At least 5-10 years of mechanical subcontracting experience as a project manager or estimator for commercial, K-12, higher education, and medical facility projects.
  • Experience providing design-build/conceptual design pricing and hard bid pricing.
  • Excellent working knowledge of labor requirements for installations.
  • A project portfolio showcasing representative projects in the $1 million to $10 million range.
  • A 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience with mechanical wet-side and dry-side systems, building management system controls, and ductwork.
  • A driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform project management and estimating for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and millwright/rigging work.
  • Provide design-build/conceptual design pricing and hard bid pricing.
  • Advance toward executive management, including operations management and business development.
