- Epic Integration Experience: Hands-on experience working with Epic or integrating with Epic EHR systems is highly preferred. Familiarity with Epic’s APIs, data workflows, or clinical modules is a major plus.
- Call Center Logistics Background: Strong experience in call center logistics, including infrastructure, workflow optimization, and system integrations.
- Sales Acumen: Comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and translating technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Open to Travel: Some functions require travel, up to two weeks per month to meet with our partners in-person.
