Requirements
  • A Licence or Master degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, mathematics, physics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or advanced analytics, including experience in consulting or a client-facing environment, is required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering artificial intelligence or generative artificial intelligence solutions end to end in production is required.
  • Experience managing teams and leading projects is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is required, along with an understanding of machine learning systems in production.
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation architectures, prompt engineering, large language model integration, and frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel is required.
  • Knowledge of agent-based systems, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI, and tool-augmented reasoning is required.
  • Experience designing hybrid architectures combining vector databases and knowledge graphs, including technologies such as Neo4j and Amazon Neptune, is required.
  • Proficiency with data pipelines, distributed processing with Spark, and modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake is required.
  • Experience deploying, monitoring, evaluating, and managing the lifecycle of generative artificial intelligence and agentic systems using tools such as MLflow, LangSmith, and Weights & Biases is required.
  • Practical experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including artificial intelligence services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI, is required.
  • French and English fluency, written and spoken, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, and agentic artificial intelligence projects from design through production deployment.
  • Translate business needs into scalable architectures, including machine learning pipelines, generative artificial intelligence applications, and agentic workflows.
  • Design and implement generative artificial intelligence solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation architectures, prompt engineering strategies, and enterprise-level large language model applications.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of agentic artificial intelligence systems, including multi-agent architectures, orchestration workflows, and tool-based reasoning.
  • Design and implement hybrid knowledge systems, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, and knowledge graphs for search, reasoning, and memory.
  • Define and implement large language model operations practices for evaluating, monitoring, and managing the lifecycle of generative artificial intelligence and agentic systems.
  • Ensure the integration of responsible artificial intelligence, governance, and security mechanisms into solutions.
  • Lead the development of proofs of concept and minimum viable products and industrialize them into production systems.
  • Facilitate client workshops, technical discussions, and design sessions, and present architectures and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Coach and support team members, including analysts and consultants.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.
  • Participate in developing internal assets, accelerators, and best practices.

Accenture shares down 27%, but 11.5% yield available through put options at 35% discount

Accenture trades 37% below its 52-week high after falling 27% over the past year. In fiscal Q3 2026, new bookings declined and some managed services deals slipped into fiscal 2027. The company generated $73.1 billion in revenue over the past twelve months, with operating margins widening to 17% in Q3. Managed services revenue grew 5% in local currency. In the first nine months of fiscal 2026, clients made 104 quarterly bookings exceeding $100 million, up 13% year-on-year. Consulting revenue grew just 1% in local currency in Q3. Management attributes the slowdown to the Middle East conflict affecting regional and discretionary spending. The CEO acknowledged that client budgets have not been growing, with spending simply being redirected rather than increased.

Accenture appoints Emma Chalwin as chief marketing officer

Accenture has appointed Emma Chalwin as Chief Marketing Officer, effective 1 October 2026. She will oversee global marketing and communications, reporting to Chair and CEO Julie Sweet. Chalwin joins from Workday, where she served as CMO. Accenture drops LearnVantage focus, shifts $9B to cybersecurity and mid-market expansion

The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue.
