Requirements
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (strong preference for experience with strategic accounts, as well as communication with administrators at the executive level)
  • Understanding of hospitality industry and terminology
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Ability to calmly lead escalated customer situations to resolution
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our strategic/enterprise customers through email, phone, and onsite visits
  • Work with strategic/enterprise customers after implementation to understand these customers' trends, concerns, and feedback
  • Develop an understanding of the context for complex, unique setups for strategic customers, and use judgment to determine whether to take actions on behalf of a customer or teach them the skills to create setups on their own
  • Build an advanced understanding of customer requirements and the ability to create innovative value propositions
