Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management within the healthcare IT sector or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • PMP or CMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess strong technical skills, including familiarity with software/hardware interfaces and technology support experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite equivalents.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent prioritization, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, organize, and plan project tasks, schedules, budget, and monitor overall project success.
  • Lead virtual and/or in-person presentations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including key participants and executive sponsors, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
  • Maintain consistent project documentation and adhere to Commure's defined standards for project management.
  • Identify, document, and assist in resolving any client escalations, risks, dependencies, decisions, and issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring successful project completion and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple technology projects, focusing on timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Document software/hardware issues and solutions, and effectively plan new solution releases to minimize client impact.
  • Create workflows based on client feedback and continuously improve processes and product offerings based on project outcomes and lessons learned.
