Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with referral sources to drive new patient admissions and expand the market footprint.
  • Analyze market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to prioritize time and focus on high-impact accounts.
  • Own a territory and build a book of business through relationships.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, Intake, and branch leadership so referrals move quickly and partners receive a strong experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven field sales, marketing, or Account Executive experience, preferably in home health. Hospice, skilled nursing facility, or infusion pharmacy backgrounds will be considered for strong candidates.
  • For experienced hires, existing relationships with hospital systems or clinical settings are desirable.
