  • 5 years experience industrial refrigeration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) preferred.
  • Industrial Refrigeration Experience
  • Microsoft Office (excel) proficiency required
  • Knowledge of E&I, NEC, Refrigeration
  • Leadership skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure jobs are preformed correctly, safely, and efficiently.
  • FEL1 & 2 Engineering for chiller replacements.
  • Ensure HVAC units are installed correctly and have optimized efficiency.
  • Ensure department documentation is correct. Responsible for Refrigerant reporting as required.
  • Champion for sustainability by lowering utility usage, CO2 reduction, and upgrading to environmentally friendly refrigerants.
  • Maintain maintenance spend for refrigeration department and for rental/lease chillers.
  • Collaborate with other reliability to perform Bad Actor Analysis to increase asset availability.
