Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the website that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and work as an empowered product team to work against clearly defined outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Ensure close alignment with the marketing stakeholders, who are the key business owners of the website. Include sales, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure the website meets business needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the complete overhaul of the website, ensuring it is state-of-the-art in terms of speed, scalability, user experience, and functionality.
  • Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to continuously test and iterate on new functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure the website is equipped with comprehensive tracking tools to monitor performance, user behavior, and key metrics.
  • Optimize the website for search engines and ensure seamless integrations with leading Martech platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the website strategy.
