Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability
  • Comfort working independently in direct care settings
Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges
  • Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session
  • Respond immediately to client behaviors that may present a risk of harm, including running or sprinting when necessary to reach a child quickly
  • Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
  • Collaborate daily with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and a multidisciplinary team (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families
  • Show up fully present — this work is active, immersive, and demanding, and the breakthroughs make it worth every bit of it
Desired Qualifications
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • RBT certification or completed 40-hour RBT training (training and exam costs are covered)
