Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing analytics, operations, or similar roles.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot (automation, reporting, workflows, lead management).

Responsibilities
  • Own Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Align with marketing teams to create reporting goals and cadences to improve the impact of efforts and drive optimized spend allocation.
  • Track and analyze performance across all marketing channels (email, web, social, paid, events, etc.)
  • Provide clear consolidated dashboards and reports with actionable insights for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Drive campaign attribution, lead scoring, and funnel analysis to optimize ROI
  • Help the team translate data into key findings and business recommendations
  • Revenue Influence & Forecasting Alignment: Partner with Sales and RevOps to build marketing pipeline forecasts by channel, product, personas, and campaign.
  • Implement segmented funnel analysis (by product, persona, channel, region).
  • Analyze lag vs. lead indicators to determine which marketing efforts correlate with revenue (not just influenced pipeline).
  • Develop multi-touch attribution reporting to account for long lead-time K-12 sales cycles.
  • Define and track lifecycle stages (e.g., MQL → SAL → SQL → SQO) aligned to ParentSquare’s funnel stages.
  • Monitor conversion rates and time-in-stage to diagnose friction across key points
  • Campaign Experimentation Framework: Help campaign owners implement A/B testing infrastructure (landing pages, subject lines, ad creatives).
  • Run test and learn cycles to optimize CTA placement, frequency, and format.
  • Recommend experimentation priorities based on underperforming segments or over-indexing channels.
  • Content & SEO Analytics: Partner with the digital and content teams to track performance of key content assets (downloads, form fills, scroll depth, etc.).
  • Manage SEO analytics workflows beyond SEMRush—e.g., keyword gap analysis, search intent performance, or “People Also Ask” content tuning.
  • HubSpot Strategy & Marketing Tech Stack: Collaborate with RevOps to manage lead routing, automation workflows, and process hygiene.
  • Support marketing team members in getting the most from HubSpot’s capabilities.
  • Own strategy and day-to-day operations for tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meltwater (MuckRack), SEMRush, and social platforms.
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to scale operations, attribution, and AI discovery.
  • Ensure seamless integration across systems and alignment with broader GTM tech infrastructure
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Work with content, campaigns, digital, and sales teams to support data-driven programs
  • Serve as the go-to for marketing ops processes, tracking, and measurement
  • Monthly RevOps Sync: Create joint visibility into funnel health, campaign contribution, and lead-to-close metrics.
  • Quarterly Exec Dashboards: Summarize high-level outcomes of marketing efforts for C-suite and board audiences.
  • Develop a “Marketing Intelligence” Hub: Centralize dashboards, insights, and learnings for future campaign planning.
