- Minimum 1-year verifiable, full-time safety experience or related discipline required.

- Ability to function independently and take initiative until tasks are complete.
- Strong computer skills and adept at learning new software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Prior work within manufacturing organization a plus.

- Learn and understand the health and safety policies and procedures established by Cummings Integrated Manufacturing.
- Advise all floor employees, and subcontractors regarding safe work practices needed to comply with company safety procedures, project requirements, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Routinely inspect the work areas & overall facility for safety violations and stop any unsafe work practices/conditions.
- Report all safety concerns, incidents, and near-misses to the Safety Manager within 24 hours of occurrence.
- The DSR shall monitor and ensure that the operations for these activities are safe and in compliance with the applicable procedures and regulations: Production installation / operations
