Responsibilities
  • Lead the formalization of local Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in partnership with sales leadership, including brand awareness, demand creation, and the creation of sales enablement assets
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans overseeing the cross-functional collaboration to execute these strategies, and accurately track ROI on allocated marketing resources
  • Actively collaborate with sales teams to expedite pipeline progress through diverse channels such as events, sales automation, and others, while also identifying future engagement opportunities
  • Employ data analysis of campaign outcomes to formulate data-driven marketing strategies and adeptly communicate results to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and inspire a small team of dedicated field marketing professionals, sharing your expertise and experience to foster the team's growth and success
  • Strategically identify, plan, and respond to changes in the market and pipeline development in order to continuously support sustained growth of the company's growth objectives
  • Lead and manage regional field events. Overseeing the selection process, creation of promotional strategies, managing budget, day-of execution, and providing event outcomes and results
  • Have a deep understanding of marketing plan components and the ability to step back, and understand the big picture while executing on details to keep the demand gen engine moving
  • Share insights, best practices, and success stories with the broader marketing team to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a marketing role
  • Proven track record of creating and leading marketing plans with cross-functional stakeholders, managing their execution, and formulating and sharing the results/outcomes of those plans with key stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing across all functions, both digital and offline, for example: lead & demand generation, revenue & performance marketing, local, regional, and global marketing, product marketing, and event marketing
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales to achieve business objectives, including experience with sales enablement tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization that is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-cultural, and multi-lingual across multiple time zones whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Expectation to work from the Bellevue office on occasion to collaborate with the team and other key stakeholders
  • Travel as needed; may include weekends
  • Ability to think strategically, define short and long-term plans, and execute activities on a day-to-day basis
  • Strong ability to analyze results and derive actionable insights
