About role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lab Manager to lead our offshore team specializing in NetSuite customizations and integrations. This role is critical in managing complex scripting and development tasks using SuiteScript and other tools, as well as orchestrating integrations that connect external systems to NetSuite via middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, Celigo) or directly through APIs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in NetSuite development and integration, with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the offshore technical lab, ensuring efficient execution of NetSuite customization and integration projects.
Lead the development and maintenance of custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript and other relevant technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Direct the design, development, and deployment of integrations connecting NetSuite with external systems, leveraging middleware platforms (Boomi, Celigo, etc.) and direct API integrations as required.
Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and client stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines for customization and integration projects.
Establish robust quality control processes, code reviews, and testing protocols to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements and technical innovations to streamline development practices and enhance the integration framework.
Provide regular updates, technical documentation, and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

Key Requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite customization using SuiteScript and familiarity with its architecture and development frameworks.
Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between NetSuite and external systems using middleware solutions (Boomi, Celigo) and API-based approaches.
Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams, with strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills in a dynamic, offshore environment.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, integration architectures, and best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
