Arcas partners with Seekr to deliver sovereign AI for EU enterprises.

Arcas partners with Seekr to deliver sovereign AI for EU enterprises. News | April 3, 2026 By Asma Adhimi London-based AI firm Arcas has partnered with US AI company Seekr to deliver explainable AI systems tailored for European enterprises operating under increasingly strict regulatory oversight. The partnership focuses on helping organizations deploy sovereign AI systems that can justify automated decisions and meet upcoming regulatory requirements. The collaboration arrives as the EU AI Act begins phased enforcement in August 2026, pushing companies to adopt AI systems that provide transparency, traceability, and governance. For engineers and technology leaders reading eeNews Europe, the move highlights a growing shift toward explainable and auditable AI infrastructure - particularly in sectors handling sensitive data or critical infrastructure. Sovereign AI for regulated industries. The partnership will combine Arcas' expertise in building governed AI solutions for mid-sized European companies with Seekr's explainable AI platform, SeekrFlow(TM), which functions as an AI operating system designed for regulated environments. Unlike many general-purpose AI tools hosted by global cloud providers, SeekrFlow allows organizations to deploy and fine-tune models directly within their own infrastructure, including private datacenters or EU-based clouds. This setup enables companies to maintain full control over their data while ensuring AI systems remain compliant with regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act. Seekr's platform includes attribution tools that trace AI-generated outputs back to specific training data and documentation. The technology also features built-in evaluators that automatically select the most appropriate foundation model for a given task, while verification tools continuously test and validate model accuracy. "Simply put: there is no governance or ability to audit AI systems without true explainability and transparency. Seekr's platform was built for environments where every decision demands an explanation; European firms facing the EU AI Act need those same capabilities, deployed within the security and confidentiality of their own sovereign AI datacenters. We are excited to partner with Arcas to bring explainable AI to their customers, allowing them to move faster with AI while providing all the guardrails they need," said Rob Clark, President of Seekr. Early deployments show productivity gains. Early deployments of SeekrFlow within Arcas' customer base have already produced measurable results. A legal publisher in Luxembourg reduced manual review time by 78% using automated summaries of content databases, while a regulatory advisory firm supporting European fund managers cut compliance research time by 65%. In both cases, the systems provide direct links to the underlying source documentation used to generate responses - making it easier for professionals to verify AI outputs and defend decisions if regulators require justification. For companies operating in heavily regulated sectors such as finance, publishing, or legal services, the ability to audit AI decisions could soon become a critical capability. "In Europe, the regulatory bar for AI is here. Firms have a relentless demand for AI, but scaling it effectively means being able to defend every output to regulators. Seekr's technology has made that possible. We are proud to partner with Seekr to deliver explainable AI solutions to our customers and move at the pace they demand," said Chiara Buck, Co-Founder of Arcas Agentic. As the EU moves closer to enforcing the AI Act, partnerships like this signal how vendors are adapting AI platforms to meet Europe's stricter regulatory environment - while still enabling enterprises to adopt AI at scale. Seekr launches geospatial reasoning engine with Wyvern hyperspectral imaging partnership

Seekr has launched a beta programme for SeekrGeo, a geospatial reasoning engine, alongside a licensing agreement with Wyvern for hyperspectral imaging data. The platform combines Wyvern's satellite imagery with AI-driven analysis to detect patterns and changes for national security and commercial applications including wildfire management and supply chain intelligence. SeekrGeo uses a remote sensing foundation model for multimodal understanding and contextual reasoning, addressing the growing gap between data availability and actionable intelligence in the geospatial intelligence market. The technology aims to reduce development time for hyperspectral applications from months to a fraction of that period. The dual-use platform serves both government agencies and enterprises, offering scalable, high-resolution imaging analysis for mission-critical decisions across defence, environmental monitoring and resource management sectors.
