Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and hospitality systems.
  • Background in food and beverage and/or hotel rooms operations.
  • A strong administrative background, preferably in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
  • High professionalism and integrity while preserving office confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, open work environment.
  • Interest and ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers and suppliers and anticipate their needs.
  • High English vocabulary and the ability to write in a stylish, professional manner with excellent grammar.
  • Previous managerial experience in hospitality, customer relations, or a similar role.
  • A college diploma in hotel management, administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee Elite guest stays, including pre-arrival preparation, room allocation, arrival meet-and-greet, and follow-up throughout the stay.
  • Determine amenities for Elite guests and coordinate directly with the management team.
  • Coordinate and take ownership of corporate and ownership requests and bookings.
  • Seek opportunities for guest-centric experiences across all hotel outlets.
  • Work with departmental managers to establish processes that ensure guest-experience opportunities are executed by all employees.
  • Identify innovative ways to provide anticipatory service.
  • Coordinate among all departments for seamless service execution.
  • Manage and respond to customer comments received through electronic questionnaires, social networks, and other platforms.
  • Facilitate employee recognition based on guest feedback.
  • Coordinate and assist with planning and execution of guest and employee relations events.
  • Support the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings.
  • Perform administrative duties such as emailing, typing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for the General Manager, and answering telephones according to hotel standards.
  • Assist in reviewing guest reservation requests and correspondence through the Executive Office, using the property management system and revenue-management principles and reports to make rate and availability decisions.
  • Handle complaints in the absence of the General Manager and Hotel Manager, and inform them of actions taken and follow-up required.
  • Assist with guest follow-up on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Prepare reports and maintain multiple informational databases.
