  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management or related field

Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate Alpha E2E and middle office activities for Security Master (SMF) and Data Management tasks
  • Engage with the client to scope requirements
  • Facilitate and review conversion extracts
  • Configure environments and organize key SMF events for conversion
  • Ensure a smooth transition to BAU while collaborating across various business units
  • Coordinate activities among multiple stakeholders across different time zones
  • Work with Product SME’s and the Conversion team to coordinate and drive the deliverables of conversion planning and testing
  • Lead delivery of data mapping specifications to show the security master flow from legacy systems to the in-house system using existing functionality and processes
  • Drive reference data management lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, testing, and SMF maintenance
  • Act as the E2E data management SME across the platform and help drive client discussions for solutioning, issues management and delivery across the project lifecycle
  • Support all conversion events which includes some weekend activity and off hours
  • Serve as client facing contact for all conversation related activity with client and internal business units
  • Serve as a subject matter expert speaking to details as required while managing multiple processes
  • Lead and drive execution of standard and bespoke client requirement
  • Provide solutioning and decision support in partnership with the client and internal conversion teams
  • Occasional travel required for client or global team onsite visits
