Requirements

Develop strategic relationships on new and existing client accounts, working closely with Wipro's client partners/the Wipro Digital Strategy team to transform businesses, navigating complex conversations with different stakeholders
Lead sales activities (meetings, quotations, project profitability etc). Identify new business opportunities/challenges and ensure client acquisition and retention
Create proposals to scope out potential projects, factoring in budgets, resources and previous case studies. This could be in partnership with teams at Designit and Wipro
Support project teams with design delivery by providing guidance and governance
Contribute to shaping our approach to delivery and implementation of products and services, helping to bring design and technology closer together
Be responsible for training and developing your team, being a source for inspiration and expert knowledge
Use your industry experience within digital technology to help create and develop new tools and methods, enriching our offering and inspiring the studio
A skilled leader with demonstrable years of experience leading medium and large scale (digital) projects intersecting business strategy, technology, design, communication and branding
Comfortable in a consulting role and experienced with a client facing position within a digital agency/consultancy
Used to working with customer lifecycles in a commercial setting, including customer reach, acquisition, relationship management and loyalty building through multiple channels
Easily oriented within the structures and hierarchy of big organisations and accustomed to stakeholder management
A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive - and the guts - to bring them to life
Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
Proactive and entrepreneurial to build and convert a stable pipeline
Experienced with emerging technologies and industry changes
