Assist in managing client accounts and ensure ongoing communication and support
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings
Help coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
Support senior account managers in executing strategic initiatives
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
