Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in non-destructive testing, preferably in the NDT methods of Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT) or Eddy Current (ET)
  • A strong aptitude for acquiring new mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Familiarity with the products and processes associated with aircraft maintenance and manufacturing is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as assigned, dependent on production needs
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally and have a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections using various nondestructive testing methods (e.g., Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Radiographic)
  • Interpret and evaluate results in accordance with applicable standards, specifications, and procedures
  • Document findings, prepare inspection reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul projects by providing reliable NDT results
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer’s manuals, and company procedures
  • Maintain NDT equipment and ensure proper calibration and operation
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in continuous training and recertification as required
