Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years proven success managing events ranging from small intimate gatherings to large industry events, ABM, direct mail campaigns and partner collaboration
  • 7+ years experience in marketing B2B technology and/or SaaS solutions
  • Understanding of how to measure, analyze, and report on ROI for field marketing programs, including attendee feedback, opportunity generation, deal acceleration
  • Confident, creative, self-motivated, and driven. Excellent project management capability and able to execute on time and within budget. Ability to think out of the box, understanding the nuances of your region(s) and what works/won’t work
  • Critical thinker, data driven with an analytical mindset and excellent decision making skills
  • Extremely well organized, able to drive multiple projects in parallel, balancing critical, strategic and creative thinking with quick tactical execution in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate on internal communications, email marketing, and social media content

Responsibilities
  • Supports Sales territories and collaborates with Sales Leadership to develop a regional field marketing strategy and prioritize investments based on expected return on investment(ROI). Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to create and gain alignment for go-to-market (GTM) plans. Focuses on both physical and digital events, in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives. Collaborates with various internal teams for event planning and post event reporting.
  • Executes all event and regional demand generation tasks, such as direct mail and account-based marketing (ABM), budget and vendor management, meeting deadlines, creating logistics materials, communicating to all relevant stakeholders, inventory management and shipping. Manages event outreach including social media, emails, and internal communications ensuring events are integrated thoughtfully into marketing messaging and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Measures and communicates the impact of field marketing activities by examining lead generation, conversion rates, customer growth, retention, and financial outcomes. Analyzes event ROI to measure performance, identifies areas for ongoing improvement, and guides decisions on event investment.
