Housing Plus Group secures $1.2B funding package to invest in homes and communities

Housing Plus Group has secured £961 million in funding from five banking partners to invest in existing homes, deliver new properties, and strengthen communities. The social housing provider partnered with Nationwide, NatWest, Santander, AIB, and Barclays for the financing, supported by advisers Savills and Trowers & Hamlins. The package builds on £806 million of existing facilities, bringing the Group's total loan portfolio to over £1.3 billion.
