  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a consumer product manager and leader, with experience in *at least one* early stage/hyper-growth startup. Experience building for consumers/members in healthcare services a plus, but not required.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to lead a consumer product roadmap with exceptional core product development skills and tangible impact on member engagement and business KPIs.
  • You have led product development for multiple consumer-facing products, from launch through optimization phases, across both web and native mobile platforms.
  • You have a proven track record of commercializing new offerings, with experience taking products and services from concept through launch and into maturity and profitability, while co-developing and executing on go-to-market experiments and strategies.
  • You have the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions, with strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
  • You have deep experience with tools and frameworks that enable innovative and best in class consumer product development, including rapid prototyping, A/B testing, experiment design, human-centered design, and user research. Ability to collaborate deeply with Data Science teams and leverage self-serve analytical tools (Amplitude, etc) a must.
  • You have exceptional ability to synthesize multiple streams of insight, across both quantitative and qualitative data, market and industry feedback, member and care team feedback, and company strategy, to align the needs of members, care teams, clients, and our business.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership presence, and structured / strategic thinking.
  • AI/ML experience is a plus but not required; people management experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Own and improve critical growth and member engagement KPIs, driving alignment with BizOps and Finance teams and leading reporting on learnings and progress against goals.
  • Prioritize and communicate the consumer / member offering roadmap, collaborating closely with other product leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with client and provider-facing roadmaps.
  • Working with a squad of designers and engineers, steer new products from ideation through QA to launch and post-launch monitoring/iteration, with relentless focus on execution and quality. Leverage strong program management skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives on time.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure product performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement through every phase of product development. Serve as a champion for hypothesis and data-driven testing, experimentation, and user research across the product team.
  • Work hand in hand with Strategy, Design, Research, Content, Marketing, and Care Team functions to identify and build new offerings that enhance value to Brightline members and drive business impact. Synthesize key quantitative, qualitative, and strategic insights to inform product investments in new offerings.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and member needs within the pediatric and adolescent mental health space, providing insights to inform product decisions. Spend time using and drawing insight from other relevant consumer offerings across the healthcare landscape.
