Workday Integration Architect

Pay Range:

$41.58 - $62.37Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to join our team. The Workday Integration Architect will perform technical activities in Workday supporting various modules in the system. This role optimizes HSHS' business processes and ensures seamless data integration for the Human Resources (HR) department and end users. The Workday Integration Architect researches, designs, documents, maintains and develops new business processes, new functionalities & reports with an emphasis on the user experience and system standards.

o Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, on-call rotation
o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
o Compensation that aligns with your experience

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of experience performing system analysis with business, clinical or administrative applications may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software support and performing system analysis with business, clinical, or administrative applications is required. (This experience level is in addition to the experience required in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.)
• Experience with data integrations, application roadmaps and/or technical and workflow architecture is required.
• Workday experience is required.
