  • Have 2–5 years in a commercially-facing role — brand partnerships, business development, or marketing partnerships preferred (direct partnership experience is a plus, but not essential)

  • Work collaboratively and build trust quickly — no credit-hoarding, no territorial behavior
  • Are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail); experience with project management and customer relationship management tools such as Asana, Copper or similar is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead projects that introduce Bellroy to new audiences and grow the customer base and influence globally
  • Help shape Bellroy’s approach to partnerships and refine the emerging partnership strategy from the ground up
  • Drive brand awareness and equity through high-quality collaborations to expand Bellroy’s reach and impact
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, product, partner brands) to align on co-branded projects and timelines
  • Track, follow up, and manage partnerships through to sign-off; maintain partnership trackers and ensure timely approvals and assets
  • Draft business cases for new partnership opportunities and size commercial potential (in collaboration with financial analysts)
  • Prepare status summaries for leadership on active projects; provide clear, concise updates without fluff
  • Build relationships with potential partners and ensure alignment on values and standards
