- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Adherence to environmental, health, and safety requirements and company safety policies and procedures is required.
- Certification to operate independently and achieve PA 2 level must be obtained within four months of hire.

- Participate on the mat line process improvement team.
- Participate in lean manufacturing improvement workshops and training events.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned or directed.
