Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the media, high-volume B2C or entertainment/content industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design, with examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design strategies.
  • Experience conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • A passion for creating engaging, functional, and visually appealing digital experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work alongside product managers, developers, and content creators to design, test, and iterate on new features and user interfaces.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications that ensure an intuitive user experience.
  • Conduct user research: Gather insights through analytics, user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Iterate on designs: Based on feedback and performance metrics, refine and optimize the user interface for better usability and performance.
  • Ensure consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design elements, ensuring alignment with the company’s visual identity and tone.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital platforms remain cutting-edge.
  • Contribute to design systems: Help maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and cohesion across platforms.
