Requirements

2-4 years of experience working in a design-related field
Exceptional portfolio of digital designs
Experience working across a wide range of design disciplines, with a focus on digital design
Strong understanding of typography, colour and layout
Know how to develop visual direction and concepts for advertising campaigns
Experience with design applications e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD), Figma and Keynote
Knowledge of no-code software such as Weblow is preferred
A passion for innovation and discovering the latest digital trends and technologies
Understanding of street culture/Hypebeast background, and/or fashion work experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Solve problems and design innovative solutions for websites, apps, digital activations, display ads and other digital mediums
Develop design treatments and be able to develop the visual direction for projects
Work closely with the design and creative team to contribute to creative concepts, as well as visualizing them and producing flawless presentation assets
Produce motion graphics for campaigns to run on our social channels
Work across multiple projects at the same time and be able to produce high standards of finished work in a timely manner
Present work to internal teams as well as externally to clients
Maintain a superior knowledge of the latest technology

We are looking for a Mid-Weight Designer who is passionate about all things digital and has a proven track record of creating exceptional digital experiences. This opportunity will enable them to work with some of the world’s biggest brands and be part of a hugely influential cultural platform.
