- Monitor and adjust schedules to maximize service availability and ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to cancellations and no-shows by filling open slots with waitlisted or make-up appointments whenever possible.
- Engage with families to reschedule missed sessions and minimize gaps in therapy.
- Use data insights to guide scheduling practices, analyze patterns, and make informed adjustments aligned with performance and organizational goals.
- Communicate with families about attendance policies, financial responsibilities, and insurance coverage while maintaining transparency and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed scheduling efficiency and patient engagement goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling practices to support quality and accessibility of care.
- Ensure patient interactions and record-keeping comply with confidentiality and healthcare compliance guidelines.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare or in a role focused on scheduling, prioritization, and managing client relationships is highly valued.
