Requirements
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative fields.
  • 3+ years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to support efforts and drive outcomes within the compliance/regulatory space
  • Expertise in SQL and data modeling, especially utilizing dbt and Snowflake
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma Computing, Mode, etc.)
  • Biased for action - not letting perfect be the enemy of good enough, willing to build a first prototype and improve based on learnings
  • Have a natural curiosity to dive into the details and have a strong analytical mindset, being able to connect the dots between nuanced areas
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with members of the Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Product teams to ensure Flex’s continued compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Bring a dedicated analytical rigor to the Compliance program, being their trusted partner as they navigate testing, monitoring, reporting, etc.
  • Translate stakeholder requests into actionable and clear reporting, visualizations, and analyses
  • Develop clear data models that translate our raw data into sources of truth for the compliance program, helping enable more self-service tools for the compliance program
  • Automate general monitoring and testing routines, helping to improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of monitoring and testing efforts
