  • You are a gifted trainer with in-depth knowledge of Steadily’s systems and the independent agency ecosystem.
  • You have a strong P&C insurance background and are comfortable discussing specific underwriting guidelines and principles.
  • You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
  • You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
  • Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis.
  • Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel.
  • Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment.
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents.
  • Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities.
