  • 4+ years experience with marketing science/ marketing analytics, paid campaign measurement, digital media analysis, marketing mix modeling, advertising effectiveness analysis, statistics, experimentation, and optimization
  • 3+ years experience writing analytical SQL queries and marketing data automation
  • Expertise in using data visualization tools like Tableau, Superset, Looker, etc
  • Experience in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics Adjust, Braze, Branch, etc
  • Experience working with large data sets (terabytes of data/ billions of records)
  • Proficiency in marketing analysis and data science: Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics, regression, clustering, and A/B Testing
  • Storytelling with data: Ability to clearly communicate trends and insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Thoughtful listening and creative problem solving: Ability to understand the needs of partners and recommend solutions
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in an adventurous setting
  • BS in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft analytics and reporting tools that will be instrumental to distribute certified dashboards and presentations
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis for client partners throughout marketing, working with the channel leads, planning, and client service departments
  • Partner with paid marketing teams in building weekly insight decks for the marketing leadership team by collaborating effectively across teams, documenting the impact of critical initiatives on benchmarks, and tracking the progress towards company goals
  • Partner with Branch/ Adjust MMPs, direct response, and media buying agencies to define and implement campaign measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, including TV, OOH, Digital, and Social Media across a wide range of business lines (theatrical, streaming, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Evaluate media measurement using MMM, MTA, and Incrementality A/B Testing
  • Assist in development of testing roadmaps, measurement plans, KPI & KLI reporting based on set marketing objectives linked to key campaigns and always-on digital marketing tactics
  • Lead sprint planning and management with offshore and onsite teams
  • Contribute to a culture of high-quality output and outstanding customer service by effectively communicating a all levels, ensuring that work gets done, and responding proactively to unexpected obstacles
