  • Product planning: In-depth understanding and analysis of the capabilities and boundaries of various C-user platform products, combined with user demand analysis and domestic and overseas competitive product analysis, provided high availability related product planning and problem solutions, disassembled the module planning, sorted out clear stage objectives and identified key improvement indicators.
  • Demand promotion: Work closely with multiple teams, lead and promote the gradual launch, verification and iteration of product planning, and timely adjust the direction of subsequent planning.
  • Promotion coverage: integrate operation and product capabilities, summarize, settle and output the system, product launch and use schemes at each stage, comb the use documents and guidelines, train and promote users on product use, connect teams of various parties, and use resources to carry out systematic operation and promotion, monitoring and program iteration.
