  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with proven leadership experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects, preferably in the data center or technology infrastructure sector
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial design and planning through to completion, providing strategic direction, oversight, and ensuring alignment with project standards and goals
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, facilities, IT, HR, security, engineering) and external partners (vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies) to define project scope, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements
  • Develop and help manage project schedules to ensure projects are completed within stated timelines
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
  • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet specifications
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns
  • Ensure construction projects adhere to the company’s sustainability initiatives, including energy-efficient designs and environmentally friendly building practices
  • Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, preparing detailed reports on project status, budget, and timelines.
