  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Marketo platform, ensuring it is configured optimally for the organization's needs.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation and program builds across marketing channels.
  • Design, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo to generate leads and drive engagement, ensuring campaigns sit within the Marketo<>SFDC campaign hierarchy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop automated workflows and processes to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Manage data quality and cleanliness within Marketo, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Implement data segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness.
  • Build, monitor and take overall responsibility for Lead Routing using LeanData, ensuring routing graphs follow the wider account assignment strategy.
  • Manage the relationship and budget for the supporting automation agency, ensuring the smooth delivery of work between them and the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the RevOps and SalesOps teams to ensure seamless integration between Marketo and other systems, such as SFDC.
  • Maintain integrations with digital marketing platforms, zapier and various event programs and APIs.
  • Work with the BDR team to maintain an open feedback loop in order to improve MQL quality and accuracy.
  • Working with SalesOps and Business Intelligence, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Manage the multi-touch attribution reporting in SFDC using the Marketo Measure/Bizible tool, support the marketing team with reporting and questions around multi-touch attribution.
  • Ensure all offline campaigns in SFDC are accurate and include revenue data to ensure Tableau dashboards provide the correct and most up-to-date pipeline revenue figures.
  • Train and educate marketing team members on Marketo basics and best practices, supporting them on email and landing page builds.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
