Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency with back-end design principals to design and build scalable software systems.
  • Proficiency developing client libraries
  • Proficiency with databases (on-disk and in-memory), message brokers, software design principals (SOLID Principals, GOF Patterns).
  • Proficiency with object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency with Agile processes, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
Responsibilities
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Scoping work, managing project priorities and deliverables, identifying risks, and developing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Deriving requirements, developing, and testing moderately complex features using (C++, Python, Rust).
  • Building automated tests to verify the quality of features in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Developing well-written code that follows design best practices and rarely results in defects or requires refactoring.
