OverviewThe Advisor, Data Partnerships serves as the primary business owner for an assigned portfolio of strategic third-party data partners. This role is responsible for managing partner relationships, driving business growth, supporting commercial activities, and maximizing the value delivered through Epsilon’s data partnership ecosystem. The Advisor acts as the central point of coordination between external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring strong partner performance, operational excellence, and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesSummary of Role Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day partner management for an assigned portfolio of strategic data partners, including relationship management, onboarding, issue resolution, business reviews, renewal support, partner growth planning, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Sales, and Client teams. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for assigned partners, with deep knowledge of each partner’s data assets, commercial terms, use cases, limitations, operational processes, and strategic value to Epsilon.
Summary of Business Impact:
This role drives the performance, adoption, and value realization of Epsilon’s strategic data partnerships. By providing dedicated ownership of partner relationships, the Advisor improves partner accountability, operational execution, renewal readiness, and commercial growth while enabling leadership to focus on broader portfolio strategy and investment decisions.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in data partnerships, ad tech, martech, digital media, data strategy, product partnerships, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ad tech, data integration, activation, audience data, identity, and the broader data ecosystem.
- Ability to become the internal SME for assigned partners, including understanding partner capabilities, data assets, use cases, platform integrations, operational requirements, and commercial considerations.
- Experience managing external partner, vendor, data provider, technology, or research relationships.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across data, technology, product, commercial, client, and cross-functional partners.
- Experience coordinating partner onboarding, launches, issue resolution, business reviews, service-level follow-up, and operational readiness.
- Strong attention to detail across data delivery quality, partner documentation, commercial inputs, and operational follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data partnership topics for internal collaborators and clients.
- Sound judgment and accountability to operate through ambiguity, make recommendations, and balance the interests of Epsilon, clients, agency partners, and external data providers.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have
- Experience with partner renewals, pricing, agreement terms, commercial negotiations, or growth planning.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs, media platforms, social ad managers, data onboarding platforms, SSPs, or adjacent activation technologies.
- Experience with data governance, privacy, compliance, data quality, audience activation, measurement, or identity workflows.
- Exposure to data-intensive verticals such as CPG, retail, finance, healthcare, or similar client categories.
- Ability to prepare executive-ready materials, partner scorecards, QBRs, and collaborator communications on complex data or platform topics.

Compensation Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $185,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
