  • 5+ years of experience as product manager for a B2C or B2B web or mobile
  • 5+ years product management experience creating product strategy, roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and setting product vision
  • 5+ years of experience managing technically complex products that include front-end CX, artificial intelligence, machine learning, recommendations, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional and executive level leaders
  • Self-directed: sets and meets deadlines, multi-tasks, and prioritizes
  • Strong bias for action
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
  • Ability to leverage tools (SQL, MixPanel, FullStory) to quickly access and analyze data to drive product decision making
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Responsibilities
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to increase adoption and engagement of PitchBook products among users
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation by working backwards from the customer journey
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life
  • Keep up with rapidly evolving technologies like Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Natural Language Search (NLS) to ensure our Core Experience products meet the needs of our customers and are delivered quickly to capture user feedback and insights to learn and iterate
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and adjacent product teams to ensure Core Experience products scale and provide meaningful impact to end-users
  • Actively define product roadmap prioritization and create business cases for new opportunities
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
